This is a highly variedernance role supporting statutoryand regulatorypliance, key corporate reporting, and wider shareholder‑related activities across the group. You will assist in maintaining high standards in areas such as reporting, share schemes, and crisis management while working closely with senior stakeholders. Overall, the position plays an important part in upholding strongernance, transparency, and organisational resilience.
Your new role
1. Support strong corporateernance by ensuring statutory and regulatorypliance, including adherence topany law andernance codes.
2. Contribute to major governance deliverables such as the Annual Report, AGM, stock exchange announcements, and upkeep ofernance disclosures.
3. Manage keyernance processes including share dealingpliance, share scheme administration, shareholder registers, whistleblowing investigations, and overseas subsidiary governance.
4. Plays an important role in organisational risk and resilience through crisis management support.
5. Works closely with senior stakeholders and external providers to maintain high standards acrossernance, reporting, insurance, and shareholder-related activities.

7. Strong understanding of thepanies Act and UK Corporateernance Code.
