Responsibilities:

Electrical and mechanical planned maintenance

Basic HVAC, plumbing, and building fabric works

Reactive fault finding and repairs
*
Ensuring all works are completed in line with site procedures
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Commercial building services experience

Good communication and fault-finding skills
