Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
Location: Midlands (Hybrid Working Model)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Are you a Functional Consultant with a passion for delivering customer-centric CRM solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Microsoft Partner with a growing project pipeline and a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Due to continued success and new project wins, our client is looking to expand their team with an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to end-to-end D365CE implementations.
* Gather and analyse business requirements to design tailored CRM solutions.
* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to align with business objectives.
* Conduct workshops, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
* Liaise with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) projects within a Partner or end-user environment.
* Strong functional knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to map business processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (desirable but not essential).
