HR Advisor (Onsite) Up to £33,000 Hereford (HR4) We’re partnering with a well-established organisation based in Hereford (HR4) to find a hands-on, proactive HR Advisor to join their on-site HR team. This is a confidential opportunity with a business that prides itself on operational excellence and a strong values-led culture. You’ll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 100% on-site – please note there is no remote or hybrid flexibility for this role. The Role: This is a broad and varied HR Generalist position suited to someone with practical, on-the-ground HR experience. You’ll be a key point of contact for line managers and employees, supporting across: Recruitment and onboarding activities Handling day-to-day employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary support Advising on HR policies, absence, probation, and performance management Supporting leaver processes and contract changes Managing HR admin and maintaining HR data systems Supporting broader initiatives like training, staff surveys and benefit schemes You’ll report to the HR Business Partner and collaborate across departments to help drive a supportive, legally compliant and proactive HR environment. What We’re Looking For: Previous hands-on HR experience in an administrative or advisory role Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR policies Confident supporting managers and employees on sensitive issues Strong communication skills – approachable, tactful, and solutions-oriented Organised, detail-focused, and discreet CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred Strong MS Office and HRIS experience desirable What’s On Offer: Salary: £33,000 Holiday: 25 days leave bank holidays Supportive and collaborative working environment Broad exposure to HR practices and the opportunity to grow Interested?
