Are you a commercially driven aviation professional with strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of maintenance services?
We’re partnering with a well-established aviation maintenance organisation that provides specialist aircraft maintenance solutions across line and base environments. With a strong operational foundation and ambitious growth plans — including expansion into full body maintenance capability — they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to support their next phase of growth.

This organisation delivers high-quality aircraft maintenance services to operators and asset owners, supporting both scheduled and unscheduled requirements.
As they expand their service offering, they are looking for someone who can drive commercial growth, build long-term partnerships and position the business as a trusted MRO partner.
The Role – Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across line and base maintenance services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving new business opportunities across UK & European markets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, operators and aircraft lessors
* Promoting line maintenance, base maintenance and upcoming full body maintenance capabilities
* Leading contract negotiations and commercial discussions
* Representing the business at industry events and trade shows
* Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure service alignment with customer requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in aviation MRO sales (line and/or base maintenance)
* Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance environments
* Existing relationships with lessors and airline technical teams
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
* Ideally based in Gloucestershire or Dublin - or willing to travel regularly to Gloucestershire site for customer engagement.
