The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will:
* Organise and schedule care visits, ensuring the right care is delivered at the right time.
* Be the first point of contact for clients, their families, and our care staff.
* Respond quickly to changes and emergencies, keeping calm under pressure.
* Monitor care delivery to maintain CQC compliance and our Outstanding standards.
* Keep key operational and care records up to date (training, compliance trackers, service logs).
* Carry out spot checks, staff supervisions, and finance audits.
* Support recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
* Take part in the on-call Rota (2 weekday evenings and 1 weekend per month).
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, caring, and ready to take ownership of their role.
You'll need:
* Experience in domiciliary/home care (essential).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* The ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure.
* Good IT skills (experience with scheduling software is a bonus).
* A caring nature and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

Have experience supervising care teams or working in a similar coordinator role.
