At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for FLT / Combi Driver to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
Monday - Thursday 11.00am - 8.00pm
Friday 10.30am - 6.00pm
Pay Rates:
Standard: £15.37 per hour
Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
As an Forklift Operator you will need to have:
Previous experience operating FLT (Counterbalance/Combi)
Valid FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Ability to work alone
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills (using radios)
This role requires working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
Role of a Forklift Operator:
Safely unload incoming material and products in a timely manner
Recording offload information / paperwork for audit deliver
Check loads for accuracy, damage, and security
Move around goods and materials in timely manner
Picking and putting away products in designated areas
Conduct daily inspections and report any faults to management
Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
