ERP Product Analyst
Join to apply for the ERP Product Analyst role at Aston Martin F1 Team. This role is within the IT Department at the state‑of‑the‑art campus in Silverstone. The successful candidate will support and enhance our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, assess feasibility and deliver high‑quality ERP solutions.
* Support, troubleshoot and optimise IFS processes, with focus on SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
* Act as the lead functional and system administrator for IFS.
* Configure, maintain and improve IFS capabilities to align with business goals.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate system solutions.
* Support upgrades, new module rollouts, data management activities and system integrations.
* Document requirements, process flows, test cases and support materials.
* Coordinate project meetings, action logs and agendas.
* Provide first‑line support for usability and functional queries.
* Support creation of test cases and manage UAT activities.
* Develop training materials and communication for new processes and features.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong functional knowledge of IFS Applications, particularly SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
* Proven experience in IFS administration, configuration and issue resolution.
* Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions, delivering rapid changes under pressure.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ERP/PLM systems (IFS, 3DX etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements analysis and process mapping.
* Experience in project management and application support.
* Background in manufacturing or engineering (motorsport desirable but not essential).
* Familiarity with IFS Finance modules is advantageous.
* Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
