As we continue our rapid growth across EMEA, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who is hungry, competitive, and motivated by performance — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consultancy environment and wants to play a key role in shaping Ignyto’s next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind Ignyto’s business growth across the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with Salesforce Account Executives and stakeholders to build trust, co-sell strategically, and win together. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from relationship-building and opportunity qualification to deal closure — with the support of a world-class delivery team behind you.

Key Responsibilities
 * Own and manage the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation and qualification to closing deals.
 * Build and nurture relationships with Salesforce stakeholders and customers.
 * Maintain a regular cadence with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and leaders to communicate Ignyto’s USPs, delivery capabilities, and value proposition.
 * Lead client discussions to understand expectations, business processes, and requirements.
 * Collaborate with Ignyto’s delivery and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and value propositions.
 * Represent Ignyto at Salesforce events and industry meetups to expand visibility.
 * Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
 * Champion customer success to ensure exceptional experiences throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Experience & Skills
 * Proven success in Salesforce ecosystem sales — as a Salesforce AE, SE, or Consultant, or within a Salesforce partner.
 * Experience selling consulting or professional services to enterprise clients.
 * 
 * Background or exposure to Financial Services or Healthcare & Life Sciences is a strong advantage.
 * Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
 * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
 * Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with customer outcomes.
 * Organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.
 * Driven by personal and professional development.
 * Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable in a high-performance, fast-moving culture.
