Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals for the residents. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare catering, as well as the ability to mentor and support the kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity, while ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.

Qualifications
Person Specification – Qualifications Essential
* The ideal candidate for this Sous Chef role will have previous experience working in a healthcare or similar catering environment, along with a passion for creating fresh, nutritious meals. A relevant culinary qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, would be an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
