Plot Sales Conveyancer

Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer for our client to manage a busy caseload of new-build plot transactions from instruction to completion. You will work closely with developer clients and site teams to ensure smooth, timely exchanges and completions.
Responsibilities
1. Handle a high-volume caseload of new-build plot sales independently.
2. Prepare and issue contract packs, title reviews and completion documentation.
3. Liaise with developers, buyers' solicitors, lenders and sales teams.
4. Ensure all files meet regulatory, AML and compliance requirements.
5. Maintain accurate file notes and progress updates.
Requirements
6. Proven experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
7. Strong understanding of new-build processes and Land Registry requirements.
8. Excellent communication, organisation and deadline management skills.
9. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
