Your Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Business Analyst join our dynamic development team.
1. Managing specific Business Analysis work streams on major business change projects and small change programmes to provide specialist, objective analytical insight
2. Assessing, designing, developing and implementing new business processes, systems, products and services that are the deliverables from a strategic business change project
3. Being able to demonstrate up-front thinking and offer informed challenge to drive the shaping of solutions that drive the right outcome for our business and our customers
4. Leading the production and managing the sign off of a project analytical fact base
5. Potentially line managing and mentoring junior Business Analysts to assist with their education in analysis skills, quality of work and personal development
6. Initiating, formulating and presenting recommendations based on analysis in order to influence the decisions made by the Project Management and/ or Product/ Demand owners
7. Owning and directing specific deliverables within the Business Analysis work streams

8. Proven Business Analysis skills and experience
9. The ability to requirements gathers - requesting, assembling and breaking down client information and necessities
10. An ability to create the data flow diagrams and various process flow diagrams to enable a better system of understanding
11. The adaptability and readiness to take necessary steps to take care of business
Skills that will help you in the role:
12. Process Analysis, Mapping & Design
13. Experience of working within a SDLC (Waterfall) and/ or Agile project environment
14. An understanding and Interest in Technology
15. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud, Servicing Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Financial Services Cloud
