Must have availability of minimum three shifts per week for casual roles, three to four shifts per week for Perm roles. AM, PM and NIGHT shifts available. Be part of a team who cares! About the role As a Carer, you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts. Duties may include: Assistance with a wide range of Person-Centered care in accordance with care plans Assistance with medication Simple wound dressing Assistance with activities under supervision Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love Skills & experience Previous experience as a Carer in Aged Care highly desirable Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain Experience working with residents living with Dementia will be highly regarded Why Join Us?
