Job Overview
Superdrug Plc is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, lead teams, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision‑making & problem‑solving skills.
- A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers with full training provided (optional).
