Package Description Bar and Restaurant Supervisor - 13.55 per hour Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures. Completing relevant documentation as required by the company Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures. Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area Ideal Candidate Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue.
