The Role Youll take ownership of a key warehouse function, leading from the front and ensuring everything runs efficiently: Manage and lead a team of up to 10 operatives Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and team meetings Plan and coordinate daily picking, checking, inbound & outbound activities Monitor and drive KPIs, accuracy, and productivity Oversee goods in/out processes ensuring quality and organisation Use WMS systems to track performance and produce reports Train, coach, and develop your team Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters Maintain excellent housekeeping and operational standards ?? What Were Looking For Were after a reliable, hands-on supervisor who can take control and deliver results: Experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role Strong people management and leadership skills Background in a fast-paced distribution environment Experience using WMS and PDA systems Ability to motivate, challenge, and develop staff Organised, proactive, and confident working independently ?? Health & Safety Responsibility Ensure all staff follow strict H&S procedures Challenge unsafe behaviour and maintain standards Report and investigate incidents where required ??
