Join a leading global workplace technology integrator as our Sustainability Graduate. This role offers a unique opportunity for a postgraduate to develop and shape ESG and sustainability strategies on a global scale. Responsibilities include comprehensive reporting in line with ESG standards, Scope 1, 2, and 3, and ensuring compliance with BSI 14001 Standard. Collaborate with various departments to set objectives, monitor progress, and report on key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* ESG & Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a dynamic ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate values, global standards, and investor expectations.
* ESG and Sustainability Reporting: Prepare annual reports according to regulations and frameworks, managing environmental impact data to showcase progress.
* BSI 14001 Standard Management: Oversee the Environmental Management System (EMS) and maintain its certification.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships internally and externally to promote ESG initiatives and develop community partnerships.
* Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers to improve sustainable practices and responsible sourcing.
* Ethical Practices: Promote fair labor, diversity, and anti-corruption policies.
* Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into practices for continuous improvement.
* Glidepath to Net-Zero: Develop a transition plan with milestones and certifications like EcoVadis and SBTi.
Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor's in ESG, sustainability, business, or related fields; Master's preferred, especially for recent postgraduates.
* ESG Exposure: Experience with ESG & sustainability, reporting, Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, BSI 14001.
* Communication and Leadership: Strong skills in stakeholder management and team leadership.
Additional Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, dedication to social responsibility, strategic planning.
