Your Role Awaits
In this exciting position, you will support the CRM Manager with onboarding and implementing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Your mission will be to ensure smooth integration and user adoption. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels
* Build customer journeys, triggered messages, and personalized content
* Maintain data accuracy within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
* Identify target groups to optimize segmentation and campaign effectiveness
* Collaborate with brand, digital, and content teams to align CRM campaigns with marketing strategies
* Create reports on CRM performance and contribute to training internal teams on best practices
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Over 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused or digital marketing role, with practical expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
* Basic knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management
* Analytical skills to interpret data and inform campaign decisions
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with experience managing customer data in compliance with GDPR
* Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced setting
About You
You are a passionate professional with:
* Over two years of experience in CRM or digital marketing
* Practical knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
* Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
* Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, strong Excel skills, and some copywriting abilities
