Your new role
We are looking for an experienced candidate to support the general administration of the office:
1. Dealing with customers over the phone in respect of queries, new business etc.
2. Inputting data
3. Packaging insurance renewals to send to customers
4. Liaising with insurers on queries from customers
5. Updating electronic records
6. Working on internal systems
This is a fully office-based role, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Close proximity to public transport.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you wille from an administrative background, possessing office experience and the ability to use systems. Your CV will demonstrate good customer service as well as strong administration. Desirable for the applicant toe from an insurance background but not essential.
