About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. Your role will involve engaging and motivating the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your leadership will ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they shop in-store or online. Typical responsibilities during a shift include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Leading by example and providing friendly, efficient service to customers
3. Preparing products such as sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are well-stocked with a variety of options
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment

About you
You should be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting an inclusive culture that values diversity is important.
