We are looking for a……… Workshop Manager & Plant Fitter Location: Blackpole, Worcestershire Salary: Up to £60k plus Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required) Come join our senior team!! The initial role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining heavy plant machinery, skip lorries, grab lorries, and various site equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, reducing downtime and improving the lifespan of our equipment. Moving forwards, this role will quickly turn into a management role of 3-4 to be the complete turnkey solution to the business and clients. What We’re Looking For * Management experience. * Experience as a Plant Fitter, HGV Mechanic, or Heavy Machinery Technician. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. * Experience with excavators, loading shovels, crushers, screeners, skip lorries, or similar plant equipment. * Welding and fabrication skills (desirable but not essential). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach. * Full UK driving licence (essential). * HGV, FLT, or relevant plant maintenance qualifications are advantageous but not required.
