The Role
As HR Advisor, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice on policies, absence, performance, and employee relations.
* Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
* Assist with onboarding and induction programmes.
* Maintain accurate HR database records and prepare reports.
* Coordinate Occupational Health appointments and manage benefit platforms.
* Contribute to HR projects, audits, and training initiatives.
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or Advisor role.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
