Key Role Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
* Analyse customer requests to assess technical feasibility and recommend suitable solutions.
* Source products globally and generate competitive quotations that meet customer specifications.
* Negotiate supplier terms to secure the best value.
* Provide responsive technical and commercial support throughout the quoting and ordering process.
* Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with detailed customer procedures and quality standards.
* Consistently meet personal KPIs and team sales targets.

Salary & Package
* Base salary: £27,000 – £29,000
* Bonus: Up to £1,000 per month (team-based, awarded post 6-month probation)
