Based within our People and Culture Directorate, you will directly support the CAMHS Transformation Programme. Children and Young People's Mental Health Services in Dorset are entering a period of growth, with new investment allowing us to expand and enhance services. This key role involves attracting and recruiting the right people to make a meaningful difference to children, young people and their families.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies aligned to workforce demands and safe staffing requirements.
* Drive a proactive approach to recruitment, enabling the Trust to respond to changing workforce demands.
* Support the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing in increasing the number of applicants, reducing vacancy rates, time and cost to hire through the development of innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies.
* Work collaboratively with Trust colleagues to plan and represent the Trust at recruitment events.
* Work collaboratively as part of the HR team, supporting the recruitment team when required.
* Ensure adherence to all statutory and legislative requirements and promote best practice in all aspects of recruitment and selection.
* Develop up‑to‑date, expert knowledge of inclusive and innovative resourcing strategies.
* Champion the Trust's Values and an inclusive recruitment culture, empowering people to think differently and with long‑term talent acquisition in mind.

Other Information
