In this role, the Art Teacher will deliver lessons that nurture creativity, develop practical techniques, and help students of all abilities express themselves in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Main Responsibilities: Deliver well-planned lessons in line with the art curriculum. Encourage creativity through a range of artistic mediums and techniques. Maintain positive behaviour and high standards for learning. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school objectives. Requirements of Art Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or another recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an Art Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
