We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing, disruptive haircare brand in the UK. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their remote operations team, supporting end-to-end order fulfilment and stock movement across direct-to-consumer and major retail channels.

Their mission is to simplify haircare routines while delivering healthy, glossy results for their customers.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day coordination of UK order fulfilment and stock movement. Working closely with third-party logistics providers, retailers, and internal teams, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery across all channels. Reporting into the Operations team, this position is integral to maintaining service performance, supporting logistics operations, and driving continuous improvements as the business scales.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of outbound UK orders across all customer channels, from receipt through to dispatch
• Coordinate closely with 3PL partners, retailers, and suppliers to resolve any stock or delivery-related issues
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with retail partners, including SLA updates, onboarding processes, and routing compliance
• Oversee the movement and logistics of stock to ensure efficient and timely distribution
• Monitor key service performance metrics such as OTIF, delivery discrepancies, damages, and returns, identifying areas for improvement
• Support freight operations, including booking shipments, selecting carriers, and optimising costs
• Track inbound shipments and imports, proactively managing timelines and resolving potential delays
• Assist with warehouse operations, including dispatch performance, stock audits, and inventory accuracy
• Provide day-to-day operational support across the business, handling ad hoc requests and ensuring customer expectations are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain up-to-date operational documentation
Requirements:
• Background in a customer-facing role, with experience in logistics, freight, warehousing, or inventory management
• Experience working with major UK beauty retailers, with exposure to Boots and/or Sainsbury’s preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels of the business
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
