Parent Liaison Manager
We are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Parent Liaison Manager to join our nursery team. This is a key role shaping the first impressions and ongoing experiences of families, while ensuring smooth operational support across our settings.
About the role:
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
* Office based in Woodford Green soon moving to Buckhurst Hill
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and visitors, delivering excellent customer care.
* Manage admissions from initial enquiry through to onboarding and offboarding.
* Oversee invoicing, funding processes, and data management using systems such as Famly.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
* Support nursery events, open days, and tours in collaboration with Nursery Managers.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or admissions role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
* Familiarity with systems such as Famly (training provided if needed)
* Experienced in submitting and managing Childcare Funding (Local Authority)
