Part time Secondment opportunity 32 hours per week until 31 March 2026 This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development (PPD) Team. This role will work closely with the Lead PEF, Head of Department and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education and development for clinical staff and students. The post-holder is expected to support staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model. The successful candidate should be a Registered Nurse / Midwife educated to degree level (or equivalent). In addition, it would be beneficial if you also have or are working towards a post-graduate qualification in teaching or education; however this is not an essential requirement. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent levels of communication. Good time management and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this post. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is a condition of this post and the successful applicant(s) will be required to join the scheme prior to appointment.
