Position: Neighbourhood Officer

Salary: £36,149

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (Mobile Worker - manage patch based)


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee tenancy management and estate issues.
* Deal with anti‑social behaviour from minor reports to serious cases, and actively be involved in multi‑agency work to resolve issues.
* Deal with sensitive safeguarding matters.
* Carry out regular block and estate inspections.
* Be involved in the management of new build properties for all tenancy management issues.
* Conduct tenancy reviews for all properties within the allocated patch.


Qualifications and Experience

* Ability to carry out interviews to discuss sensitive customer issues.
* Excellent I.T. skills.
* Ability to develop successful professional relationships with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
* Willingness and ability to work flexibly and attend meetings and other events outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the service.
* Ability to adapt positively to change, be resilient to challenges, obstacles, and handle conflict.
* Highly self‑motivated, able to act with integrity and show drive and enthusiasm.
* Current clean driving licence and access to a car.
