Introduction:
I have a fantastic opportunity to manage a children's residential care home, this role is open to experienced children's home managers and deputy managers. You will need to have a minimum of a level 3 in children and young people.
Job Information:
* OFSTED Registered Manager
* Managing a 4 bedded residential care home for children and young people
* Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
* Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
* Children are aged between 11-18
* Full-settled staff team, to manage and develop
* Work alongside HR to assist with recruiting and managing staff
* Work with RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and can create positive outcomes for children and young people
* Halifax based
* Full-time permanent contract
Pay and Bonuses:
* Package up to 66,500
