Project Coordinator
Alpine F1 Team has an opportunity to join our Programme Management Team, working directly on key projects for car development and modification. We are looking to expand our team with motivated individuals who want to contribute significantly to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
In the role of Project Coordinator, you will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager, this role will ensure the planning and delivery of all projects related to an assigned section of the Formula 1 programme. This includes supporting planning and production meetings to enable cross-functional alignment.
You will collaborate with Senior Engineers and Production Managers to ensure project priorities are correctly aligned.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and scheduling Formula 1 projects in accordance with high-level programme plans within your assigned section.
2. Proactively communicating with key departments such as Engineering and Operations through planning meetings and status updates.
3. Managing stakeholders to ensure project delivery as per plans, and working with them to develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
4. Creating comprehensive project plans for all assigned projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
5. Utilizing internal systems to ensure plans are executed within Production & Technical areas in line with project timelines.
The Person
We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

* A commitment to improving the Programme Management department, thereby impacting car performance.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the team.
* Excellent attention to detail and a desire for excellence in all activities.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Technical skills required include:
* Understanding of planning requirements in the context of Formula 1 car design and development.
* Knowledge of processes within Engineering and Operations.
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with Project Management tools.
* PRINCE or equivalent Programme Management certification is desirable but not essential.
