Quality Assurance Operatives, IPS ST Helens site.
Job Description
Shift: Monday‑Friday 06:00am‑14:00pm & 14:00pm‑22:00pm rotating with some evenings as and when required.
Salary: £27,768 per annum.
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Responsible for the day‑to‑day quality audit checks on production lines.
* Issue technical documentation.
* Perform various product quality checks as required.
* Collate and archive quality documentation.
* Record retained samples as per policy requirements.
* Complete routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation, etc.
* Assist in the investigation of NCRs and capture the relevant information.
* Positive release of materials as required.
* Attend departmental meetings as required.Undertake any other duty commensurate with this role.
* Provide good communication and support levels at all times.
* Promote and execute the company’s values.
* Undertake own internal training and development activities.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Take responsibility for own Health & Safety and others that may be affected by your actions.
* Commit to providing continuous improvements at all times.
Qualifications
* Experience within Quality Assurance.
* Good level of English.
* Good level of maths.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience working in Quality.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety obligations.
* HACCP awareness/knowledge.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
