More About Your Role
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the planning, supervision, and delivery of maintenance and refurbishment works on both domestic and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing contractor teams to ensure quality and compliance.
* Controlling budgets and schedules while maintaining strong customer service.
* Handling contract documentation and inspections.
* Providing technical advice and supporting team development.
* Contributing to asset management and continuous improvement.
Covering the Edinburgh region, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective repairs, maintenance, and capital component upgrades. Your active involvement in CDM and H&S Management will be essential.
The Essential Criteria
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience in delivering customer-focused services with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Extensive experience coordinating and supervising work on both domestic and commercial properties.
* A strong background in managing contractors to ensure service delivery and support team development.
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

You are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. Your experience includes:
* Successfully arranging and supervising work on various properties.
* Leading contractor teams to ensure quality and manage change.
* Prioritizing tasks to meet targets, budgets, and deadlines.
Ideally, you hold (or are working toward) relevant qualifications such as an HNC or professional certifications. Hands-on experience in project management is essential, along with preferred skills in health and safety certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH, a solid understanding of value-for-money principles, and strong communication skills.
