Document Controller – Permanent Global Architectural Practice | International Projects We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join a globally recognised architectural practice known for delivering sensational, high-profile projects across the world. This is a permanent opportunity to become part of a leading, design-driven studio where robust document control is essential to the successful delivery of complex, international work. The Role As Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting project teams by managing all project documentation using Aconex. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure information is issued, tracked, and maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documentation within Aconex * Set up document control systems, workflows, and registers * Issue, receive, track, and archive project documentation * Coordinate document exchange between internal teams and external consultants * Monitor revisions, transmittals, and approval processes * Provide Aconex support and guidance to project teams * Ensure compliance with project and client documentation standards About You * Proven experience as a Document Controller within architecture, construction, or the built environment * Strong, hands-on Aconex experience is essential * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders * Strong communication and coordination skills What’s on Offer * Permanent role within a world-class architectural practice * Exposure to landmark, international projects * Supportive and collaborative studio culture * Competitive salary and benefits package
