With decades of combined digital marketing and web development experience, we challenge clients to see, think, and act differently. As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee a set portfolio of clients, managing project performance and delivery to ensure retention and growth.
This role demands a commercially-minded, articulate thinker who excels at building relationships at all levels. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills to handle requests, calls, reports, and presentations. A solid understanding of the digital landscape and the role of different channels is key. Your commercial focus will help retain clients and identify, pursue, and close new opportunities. Attention to detail and strong organisation skills will help you meet both client demands and internal expectations efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as main point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring performance and delivery of projects
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels through regular check-ins, calls, and meetings
* Provide strategic advice, address client concerns and manage client escalations effectively
Client Retention & Growth
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, provide ongoing measurement and provide tailored solutions
* Develop strategic recommendations and action plans that align with client objectives
* Understand key renewal dates of agreements with proactive conversation, discussion and negotiation as required to ensure retention
* Continuously identify, progress and close opportunities for growth
Project Management & Delivery
* Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of client projects including operational checks and project plans
* Work closely with internal teams (Activation, Development and Project Management) to ensure timely delivery of projects
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to clients and wider teams
Reporting & Analysis
* Monitor ongoing performance in line with client KPIs and budget management and flag or provide suggestions on the back of findings
* Prepare and present regular performance reports and reviews to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
* Analyse data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
* Understand your client's brand, market and consumer and use knowledge to align to our activity
* Make best use of operational time across teams and projects
* Ensure efficient management of revenue internal systems including invoicing and debtors processes
