Robert Half a recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Coventry on a temp-perm basis. As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and payments, handling supplier queries and contributing to month-end activities. You will also receive training to assist with payroll duties.
Key responsibilities:
1. Processing approx. 100 invoices per week
2. Prepare and process weekly payment run
3. Carry out supplier statement reconciliations
4. Handle and resolve invoice queries
5. Supporting with month end reporting
6. Assist with payroll duties (training provided)
You will be:
7. Experienced in Purchase Ledger duties
8. Have Sage 200 experience, or confident in picking up new systems
9. Confident with a fast paced working environment
10. Confident with communication with suppliers
