PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Due to the sustained success of the Pricing team since its inception in 2019, alongside the growth of the wider firm globally, we are looking to recruit an additional Pricing & Rates Analyst.
• You will support the Pricing team in day-to-day analysis and reporting alongside the testing, refining and maintenance of new pricing processes to drive greater efficiencies.
• With varied responsibilities and significant stakeholder engagement from the outset, this role will add tangible value to the business and help drive revenue growth across the firm.
THE TEAM
• The Group Finance team supports and drives the financial success of Addleshaw Goddard. We strive to deliver a first-class service to our stakeholders and to be a great team to work with and be part of. The Group Finance team comprises business professionals across a range of disciplines including Financial Control, Tax, Procurement, Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Legal Billing and Legal Cashiering.
• The Pricing team currently comprises 5 individuals: 2 experienced Pricing Managers alongside the Head of Pricing, with a Senior Accountant and a Senior Rates Analyst.
• The team has a strong internal reputation for delivering pragmatic, professional support to our partners, and has a significant track record of helping to drive improvements in pricing across the firm. This has helped to deliver strong financial returns over recent years and is central to achieving the firm's ambitious targets for 2030.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
As a Pricing & Rates Analyst you will:
• Produce timely and accurate reporting regarding existing rates.
• Assist in refining and implementing a process for regular review of aged rates.
• Assist with the analysis of data, identifying areas of potential improvement in order to contribute to the decision-making process.
• Support the Pricing team in driving profitable growth in the business.
• Specify and produce regular/ad-hoc reports to provide detailed analysis regarding agreed rates and client profitability.
• Deputise for other team members as and when required.
