If the answer is yes, then we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our encouraging and welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare professionals and administrative staff working in Stanford Hall, Stanford-on-soar, Loughborough, LE12 5QW. To support clinical staff in the care of Service Personnel (SP) receiving Rehabilitation. The role will include but is not limited to support of Activities of Daily Living, monitoring, observations, venepuncture, IPC and equipment care. Additional skills and training can be acquired in role that will expand the Health Care Assistants (HCA\'s) scope of practice under supervision.

Responsibilities
* Support clinical staff in the care of Service Personnel (SP) receiving Rehabilitation, including activities of daily living, monitoring and observations.
* Perform venepuncture and maintain infection prevention and control (IPC) measures and equipment care.
* Work under supervision to expand the HCA scope of practice with additional skills and training as required.
