Dental Technician – Digital Lab (Full-time or Part-time)

We’re expanding! Due to increased demand, Helen’s Bay Dental is looking for a talented, forward-thinking Dental Technician to join our state-of-the-art in-house digital lab. This is a rare opportunity to work within a fully private, modern practice and play a key role in a rapidly growing lab — supplying exclusively to our own surgeries.
About the role
You’ll be working in a highly digitised environment with the latest tech including:
* 5-axis milling machine for zirconia (in use)
* Milling machine for titanium (incoming)
* 3D printers and full CAD/CAM workflows
* Production of zirconia crowns, full arch bridges, surgical guides, bite guards, retainers, whitening trays, dentures, and more
This is a hands-on, technical role with full in-house training provided on our equipment. You’ll work alongside our clinical team to deliver high-quality, reliable restorations and devices for use within our practice — no third-party clients.
What we’re looking for
* GDC-registered Dental Technician (essential)
* Experience with digital workflows and CAD/CAM (preferred)
* Eager to grow and evolve with new materials and methods
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a wider clinical team
* Open to ongoing training and development — we invest in our team and expect you to do the same
