Commercial Manager Roles And Responsibilities
* Managing projects from work winning stage through to final accounts
* Client, consultants management
* Preconstruction set up, cost planning
* Resource management - building quality teams across all projects
* Reporting upline to Board
Commercial Manager Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years Commercial Manager experience
* Top Main Contractor / Client Side Consultancy experience
* Excellent NEC contract knowhow
* Degree educated or similar
* Strong communication skills, written and spoken
