Your new role
These housing litigation solicitor roles will see you play a key role in managing the department and the teams. You will manage workflows, allocate work and ensure that the department's targets are hit. You will also run 1-2-1's and help the team achieve their career goals. In addition, you will also work to ensure that clients receive a first class service in line with their expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced housing litigation lawyer who has a strong track record in housing litigation and housing disrepair work. You will have gained good management experience and be capable of motivating, leading and driving the team towards its goals.
