Overview
To attract and win new B2B clients for our unique empower ER platform and our outsourced ER service to Enterprise customers. Controlling the development of a pipeline and ownership of the business development cycle from qualification through to sale. You will liaise closely with Marketing to generate and identify new opportunities, and engage the appropriate contacts within these
prospective customers, moving deals from opportunity through to closed business. Our technology and services have a compelling ROI case; experience in selling through building and presenting ROI cases is essential to success.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Achieve new business targets
* Position the Empowering People Group (EPG) product portfolio with confidence and credibility.
* Leverage contacts, networks, and affiliates to reach decision-makers and source new opportunities for EPG.
* Introduce the EPG proposition to leading consultancy and HR transformation specialists.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of client prospects through deal stages to closure.
* Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to develop a quality pipeline of opportunities to own, manage through the sales cycle from qualification to negotiation, and convert to sale.
* Maintain and update all pipeline details in Hubspot, our company CRM.
* Support the CRO in developing the sales strategy for the business.
* Ensure all EPG business units are engaged with your pipeline and relevant group services are included in customer proposals.
