Description
Prepare and manage accurate project budgets and cost plans
Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage the tendering and procurement process
Monitor and control project variations and valuations
Prepare interim and final accounts
Provide cost advice and financial reporting throughout project life cycles
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standardsProfile
Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Proven experience in housing refurbishment, preferably in the social housing sector
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive and solutions-driven approach
