Job Description - Claimant Personal Injury Lawyer A long-established, market-leading claimant law firm with multiple UK offices is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join its highly respected team. The Personal Injury team is recognised for its work on high-value and complex matters, including multi-million-pound claims, brain injuries, and catastrophic injuries. Role and Responsibilities Work alongside the established Claimant Personal Injury team while managing your own caseload Handle new and existing claims, including both pre-litigated and litigated matters Meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face, including travel as required Attend court hearings Liaise with barristers, medical experts, and other professionals Prepare and draft documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules Value claims and conduct settlement negotiations Key Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (either in-house or private practice) Experience in a target-driven commercial environment (advantageous) Experienced with high-value claims and strong billing performance Knowledge of Conditional Fee Agreements Experience handling both pre-litigated and litigated claims Understanding of the MOJ portal Apply below or contact Claudia quoting Role Ref: CC61411 (Personal Injury Solicitor - Coventry) .
