Product Owner Bath (Hybrid / Flexible Working)
Were hiring an experienced Product Owner on behalf of a leading healthcare software company in Bath. Youll help shape a major digital product used by hundreds of mental health services across the UK and internationally.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, coaching-led environment where youll work closely with developers, designers, data specialists and Scrum Masters to deliver meaningful, user-focused solutions.
What Youll Do
* Own and prioritise the product backlog
* Define product direction and shape the roadmap
* Work with technical teams to remove blockers and clarify requirements
* Communicate with stakeholders to align on goals
* Understand customer pain points and translate them into clear deliverables
* Support data-focused initiatives (experience with data teams is a bonus)
What You Bring
* Proven Product Owner experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
* Experience working in an agile environment
* CSPO (or equivalent), or willingness to complete it in role
