We’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven People & Capability Coordinator to join our high-performing People & Culture Team on the iconic CreekConnect Project, based in the heart of Parramatta Square. This is your opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project that's transforming Western Sydney’s future. As the People & Capability Coordinator, you'll be the central hub for everything people-related across the project, supporting our full employee lifecycle, building strong relationships with our project teams, and delivering a people experience that’s second to none. Upper South Creek Network Project – Supporting Western Sydney’s Growth! Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network (CreekConnect) will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively. About the Role: Coordinate interviews, program recruitment approvals, and administrative tasks to support the People & Culture Team. Manage all onboarding processes, including HR first-day emails, welcome packs, and documentation. Manage all offboarding processes for staff terminations, ensuring compliance and proper closure. Act as the primary contact for general People & Culture Team queries. Administer and maintain Position Descriptions, Performance & Development Plans, and assist with presentations and reports. Support the Training & Capability, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward & Recognition programs. Ensure integrity and accuracy of the Organisation Chart, Staff List, HR dashboards, and ensure compliance with leave policies, JSWJV policies, and industry legislation. About you: Previous HR experience, preferably within the construction industry. Excellent relationship management skills with clear, professional communication and a keen eye for detail. Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
