Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor within our Recruitment Agency in Bournemouth, Dorset.
With the right mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity to kick start a career in the Recruitment industry at a local company that has been established for over 26 years.

About the Role:
* Generate business (B2B) opportunities and build a sales pipeline through outbound service support calls to companies across Dorset and Hampshire.
* Use a bespoke CRM to generate leads and discuss recruitment needs with local companies.
* Build relationships by generating site visits and providing recruitment solutions.
* Enjoy the non-scripted nature of recruitment customer service and sales, highlighting our company's unique selling points.
* Arrange site visits with potential clients and gain experience across multiple sectors.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years in B2B customer service and sales support.
* Proactive and methodical approach.
* Experience in B2B relationship building.
* Strong sales closing skills, maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
* Ability to develop strong client relationships and understand their needs.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (finish at 5 pm on Fridays).
