Parts Coordinator Birmingham Permanent £25,000-£30,000 We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to help support customers, manage orders, and ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of parts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing product information and support. Prepare and send quotes, follow up on outstanding quotes, and convert them into orders. Process orders accurately and promptly through the companys systems. Coordinate shipments for parts, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Manage customer accounts, building strong relationships and addressing any issues proactively. Monitor and maintain stock control, including tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies. Organise products in storage to ensure a clean, efficient, and accessible parts area. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Experience with inventory or order management systems (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
