About the role
As a specialist prosecutor in the Proceeds of Crime Division, you are responsible for asset recovery litigation on the most complex and sensitive cases. You provide advice to police officers and financial investigators with regard to money laundering investigations and prosecutions, restraint, confiscation, enforcement. You support advocates in asset recovery hearings by drafting applications and legal arguments in support of asset recovery hearings.
About you
We're looking for qualified barristers and solicitors with post-qualification experience of criminal litigation in the Crown Court. You must hold a valid Practising Certificate for England and Wales, and have experience in complex legal drafting and factual analysis.
