Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a domestic utilities broker who have experienced strong growth and success in recent years. They are hoping to build with the leadership of a Telesales Manager who can support them in maintaining this success, driving sales, efficiency and standards within their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in call centre management, specifically within sales.
The Role:
1. Proactive development and upskilling of the team and in particular the team leader
2. Working alongside the sales director to set revenue targets and aligning the KPIs accordingly
3. Support the team in achieving KPIs, through support, development of the sales pitch and objection handling
4. Forecasting sales targets and reporting to leadership
5. Undertake process improvement projects designed to improve efficiency and drive results of the telesales team
The ideal Telesales Manager will have:
6. Experience leading and managing sales teams within a call centre environment or similar
7. Understanding of dialer systems, how to implement them and get the most from your team through them
8. Strong sales experience (required) ideally within the utilities/energy industry however this is not essential
9. Confidence and significantly developed sales skills, in order to train the team through demonstration
